The roofline is the most vulnerable area of a building, being exposed to all weathers and sometimes to such hazards as blocked gutters, decaying timbers and rot. There is an answer to this problem - a permanent cure which not only removes the worry of expensive replacement of timbers but also eliminates the need for repainting.

| Products from Highland Roofline are made from PVCu, are maintenance free, durable and robust. The material is ideal for those parts of the building which have to resist sun, rain, frost and wind. Once installed you can forget them. The only maintenance needed is an occasional wash with soapy water. You can choose too, between white or brown with others being available according to your taste, combining or contrasting the colours with your gutter system. |

Free PVCu By replacing your external timber with cellular PVCu maintenance free building products you can forget about the endless round of repairing and repainting. It will never crack, peel or flake. It will never need a coat of paint or preservative - it come with it's own waterproof skin that will only ever need an occasional wash. So repainting - forget it! |

Finishings Add a stylish finishing touch to your home with new Styleine PVC-UE fascias and bargeboards featuring traditionally inspired designs. Choose from five distinctive designs - all of which will enhance the aesthetic appeal of your house. This together with our range of featured soffit boards give your home a uniquely individual look. To complete the transformation of your home we replace your old gutters and downpipes with a new PVCu rainwater system chosen from our range designed to compliment your new look home. The transformation of your home is still not complete at this stage until we have professionally cleaned the roof of your house. |

Cladding External cladding makes an attractive alternative to brickwork, render or other materials. Here again, PVCu materials need no maintenance and will last for the life of the building. There is choice of three traditional styles and a range of four colours in addition to the popular white. Unlike timber, thse materials will not warp, peel, crack or rot and will never need a coat of paint. |

Guttering Our range of next generation rainwater systems & guttering are easier and more secure to install and 100% lead free. It's environmentally friendly advanced calcium zinc formulation means colours are truly colourfast and available in Black, Grey, Brown, Red, Blue, Green or White. Dry
Verge Highland Roofline's range of dry fix systems manufactured by marley provide a high performance, aesthetically pleasing alternative to traditional mortar bedding of the roof perimeter. These systems perform well in the long term without requiring ongoing maintenance. Dry fix systems are of proven reliability in areas subject to extreme weather conditions. They are designed to compliment each tile profile and colour and conform fully to the requirements of British Standard 5534 Part 1. |
